RE: St. Louis Six Flags

I think with a hand stamp you can enter and leave the park. Parking however I think you will get hosed.
Getting hosed on parking is what I was afraid of.

J. Percy Priest Lake / Seven Points Campground is great and not too far away from Opry Land.

St. Louis Six Flags

We will be staying at the Eureka KOA and was wondering if the St. Louis Six Flags will let us leave and go back to the campground with racking up additional charges for leaving the parking lot. Just checking to see if anyone else has left to eat lunch and dinner and came back to the park.

fall creek falls' pet policy

I was wondering if anyone had to pay a ten dollar a day fee for bringing their dog into the campground or is this fee only for the inns and cabins. See copied pet policy.
Dogs, cats and other pets are prohibited unless they are crated, caged or on a leash, or otherwise under physical restrictive control at all times. Pets are prohibited in park inns or cabins (except where rooms and/or cabins have been designated for pets, see specific information below), lodges, public eating places, food stores, and on designated swimming beaches and pools at all times.
The superintendent may also designate, by the posting of appropriate signs on trails and other portions of the park, areas where pets are not permitted. This prohibition does not apply to service animals.
Inn and Cabins:
In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, Tennessee's State Parks offer a limited number of inn rooms and one cabin at each park for guests who travel with their pets. We highly recommend you reserve these designated rooms several weeks in advance. Guests making cash payments for their stay will be required to make a minimal deposit. Please call the park in advance for more information.
Here are a few things you should know before arriving at the park.
* Effective October 2004 - There is a $10 per pet charge per night.
* Park Management reserves the right to prohibit any pet on the premises that may pose a risk to our guests or staff.
* Rooms will not be cleaned if a pet is present (guests may obtain linen service).
* Pets may not be left unattended in rooms or cabins.
* Extra fees may apply for noisy dogs and cats that disturb other guests resulting in complaints or refunds.
* Extra fees may apply for cleaning or damage to room or fixtures.
* Pets are allowed only in designated areas.
* Pets are not permitted inside restaurant, lobby, or other public areas.
* Guests must cleanup after their pet (courtesy litter bags are provided).
* Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
* Pets must be current with all vaccinations.

RE: Dutchman 4 winds TT are they OK?

We have a 29Q and love it. Nice entry level trailer. we will move up when the kiddies grow up. As far as weight its around 6000 I dont feel thats too bad for a 30ft trailer.

RE: ? for those with homemade wheel chocks

It always seems to me like after I set my stabilizers that the chocks would become loose after I thought I had them tight.

RE: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info.

Yea these people were clapping from the other side of the campground. We were camping with other units running quieter units. All I could say was "Sorry".

RE: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info.

I took my champion to a National Park and ran it during daylight hours only. I got my feelings hurt when I shut it down and the people in the tents started clapping. OOpps didnt mean to tick them off but it sure was nice having a/c to cool off in.

RE: 1982 Chevrolet 1 ton..Has anyone ever heard of this

Thanks that thing just seems hot and Ive double checked it with an infrared thermometer and found that the gauge is correct. That engine can build up the heat.
